A solid choice "in the center of Albany", "close to Pepsi Arena" and with "easy access to the government" offices, this "clean and comfortable" chain link wins points for a "welcome gift with a relaxation CD, mask, earplugs and aromatherapy" to help you sleep; the staff goes "out of its way" for guests, but the "nondescript" bar, "old-looking" showers and room service "carts left in the hallway" too long bring it a few notches down.

The people behind the desk were helpful.

I kept getting phone calls, but the phone wasn't fully functional.

This hotel suited my needs. It had everything I anticipated and was in a great location. It was clean, the housekeeping was respectful. I would stay here again.
